Products, availability and prices
The products shown on this web site are offered for sale to residents
of Great Britain including Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands
and Isle of Man. Prices shown include VAT, packing and postage
and orders may be placed either on-line, or by telephone or post
to the address shown above.
Prices are correct at publication date, but may change. If you
order an item which has been increased in price, we will advise
you before processing your order. E & OE
We normally carry stocks for immediate despatch of all the products
shown and aim to provide UK delivery of goods within 3 working
days of order, subject to payment clearance.
We will not debit your payment card until the goods are ready
for despatch.
In the unusual event that goods are out of stock and that we do
not expect to be able to send them within 7 working days of your
order, we will contact you for further instructions.
Your Statutory Rights
All statements, guarantees or warranties in these terms of trading
are additional to and do not affect your statutory rights.
Ordering and Payment
When you order from this web site, or directly by phone or post,
you are making a contract to buy from us and agreeing that payment
will made to us by the bank or other administrator of your credit
or debit card and authorising us to confirm with the bank or other
administrator that payment will be made. If payment is cancelled
after sending or delivering the order, we will take the necessary
steps to recover payment from you.
For your security, after receiving your order, we will delete
your payment card details from our computerised records.
Guarantees
Everything we sell is covered by the manufacturers' warranty.
We honour all relevant legislation which covers goods supplied
to you. All warranties and guarantees are additional to and do
not alter your statutory rights.
