If you prefer to order by phone, we are happy to accept your order.

Check the online shopping page to see what you want to order. When you call us, we will ask for the following details:

1. The items you wish to order.

2. Your name and address, which, if you are paying by credit or debit card must be the same address as the cardholder's address. We do not supply to other delivery addresses and deliver only to addresses in Great Britain including Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.

3. Your credit or debit card number, expiry date, name on the card, Please supply your security code on the back of your card (last 3 digits on signature strip strip). If you are paying by Switch, we also need the 'valid from' date and the 'issue number'. The Switch number is the long number across the centre of the card.

Your condoms will be sent by post in plain packaging.
